After graduating from Dokuz Eylül University Buca Education Faculty Chemistry Department in 1995, she completed her master’s degree in Basic Biochemistry and continued her academic studies as a Research Assistant in the same department until 2000. She entered the pharmaceutical industry in 2001 as a Medical Sales Representative at Abbott. She continued her work in the marketing and education department of the same company. With her 13 years of experience, she has provided the opportunity to gain experience in both the basic pharma and specific pharma products market.
She graduated from Erickson Coaching College coaching school in 2012. She is a PCC level accredited coach, Team Coach and NLP Master Practitioner.
She established “A Training and Consultancy” in 2014, and conducted Sales Techniques, Key Customer Management, Desing Thinking, Understanding Insight in Sales Visit, Communication, Leadership in Matrix Organizations, Innovation Management in different sectors, Team Coaching and Mentoring for Coaches.
In 2018, as a Corporate Coach, Team Coach and Development Mentor in the LCW Academy structure, he guided the leaders in developing their coaching skills and helped them realize their potential and supported their transformation to achieve their future visions.
Since 2023, he has been working as a Corporate Coach, Team Coach and Development Mentor as a freelance. As a mentor coach at Erickson Coaching School, he contributes to the professional development of coaches who receive coaching training. He is also a Cash Flow trainer to raise awareness in the field of financial literacy.
In addition, she has taken an active role as a co-leader in Member Interaction, Empowering Business Women, Diversity and Inclusion groups in Professional Women Network’ Istanbul since 2016, in order to help women develop in their careers with awareness in business life. The leadership groups carried out in the 2023-2025 Period are Mentoring and Engaging Men. The projects carried out in these working groups;

PWN Istanbul Angel Club: Support and engage new and existing members
Ideathon Without Prejudice: Evaluating ideas on prejudice against women in gender equality
Mentoring programs: Organize mentoring programmes according to needs
PWNTV: Increase voice of PWN in social media.
Diversity and Inclusion: Creating an awareness workshop on diversity and inclusion in companies
PWN Education: Programming “I’m the Boss of My Business” entrepreneurship trainings and trainings for women’s empowerment in business life
Engaging Men: Contributing to the empowerment of women in business life by C-Level managers
As of April 2021, she is a board member of PWN Istanbul.
She is married and has 2 children.
