{"id":67400,"date":"2017-09-07T11:31:47","date_gmt":"2017-09-07T08:31:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pwnistanbul.net\/?post_type=portfolio&#038;p=67400"},"modified":"2018-10-10T13:56:12","modified_gmt":"2018-10-10T10:56:12","slug":"mentoring-support-systems","status":"publish","type":"portfolio","link":"https:\/\/pwnistanbul.net\/en\/portfolio\/mentoring-support-systems\/","title":{"rendered":"MENTORING SUPPORT SYSTEMS"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/1&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3><strong>In the early period of their career, women lose their promotion determination and also self-confidence&#8230;<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At the end of the second year: <span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">60% decrease is observed in women&#8217;s peak management career goals<\/span> <em>(The ratio does not change in men.)<\/em><br \/>\n\u2022 In mid-level: <span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">16% of women aim promotion in their career.<\/span> <em>(It is\u00a0 34% in men)<\/em><br \/>\n\u2022 Women rising in their career: <span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">50% of women proceed in their career by losing their self-confidence.<\/span> <em>(No change is observed in the self-confidence of men.)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We design and carry out local and global mentoring programs in order to support women for overcoming the barriers that they met during their professional journeys.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We research and develop &#8220;Mentoring Support Systems&#8221; as an information and experience resource, in order to enable women to reach whenever they need.
