He mainly focuses on Real Estate Law, Contracts Law, Litigation \u2013 Dispute Resolution, Commercial Law, Labour Law, Law of Obligations, Intellectual Property Law and retail, franchise, unions, lease, construction in return for flat, reconstruction are the areas of his expertise.<\/p>\n<p>After working at various law firms and as a self-employed lawyer, Mr. \u00d6zay served as a legal director at the major foreign capitalized group of companies in Turkey related to retail and real-estate for over 10 years. He was also appointed as a member of the executive board and the board of directors within such group of companies.<\/p>\n<p>He has actively participated in sectorial associations, showed attendance to the legislation movements, and provided training at several seminars.<br \/>\nHe is the author of numerous published articles as well as the book on legal liability of physicians.
