Actually; as Individual Membership Experience Working Group, we have three main goals:
- Belonging: To increase our individual members’ loyalty by providing them a good experience,
- Networking and Development: To increase the visibility and the interaction among our members by creating orientation and networking opportunities, and of course
- Gaining New Members: Our focus on member experience is to prepare an environment in which our members can meet the development opportunities they need, both in their professional and social lives. Enable our members through this network, to reach experiences and resources, which they cannot reach on their own.
